Fabric

We use TR fabric for our Jubbas & Kurtas, it is specially selected for long-lasting wear. TR fabric refers to Terry Rayon, a fabric made with a polyester/viscose blend yarn. Generally, it is used for suiting. Our fabrics are suitable for hand/machine wash and the color of the fabric will stay fresh & new

Warranty Policy

All of our Thobes, Kurta Shalwar, Vests are covered under warranty for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any issues with Fabric quality & color + Stitching is covered under warranty, We will gladly provide a new one to you. 

 

Return Policy

Changed your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase? Simply return the unused items for an exchange or refund. Some conditions apply.

 

If you are for whatever reason not happy with the products you ordered,  you may return the products delivered to you. 

• the products are unwashed and not used in any way

• the product is in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged);

• the product is complete: e.g. both items of a pair must be returned

• You are allowed to try garments or shoes on for fit unless we have indicated otherwise (but you cannot wear them)

• Buyers pay shipping charges for any returns. 

** Exception for the Month of Ramadan, Zul Hajj and Fair/Mela. Return policy during these times is 24 hours only.
